Out of a desire to Glorify God and a passion to share the message of the Gospel, Metro Life Church developed two new projects that we invite you to share with us:

A conference: designed for pastors, worship leaders, vocalists, musicians, songwriters, technical team members, and anyone who desires to grow in response as a worshiper of God.

An album: collaborated on by members of Metro Life Church and affiliated churches with the goal to produce Gospel-centered music that exalts God

Glorify - glo•ri•fy
-verb (used with object), -fied, -fy•ing.
1. to cause to be (or treat as being) more splendid, excellent, etc., than would normally be considered
2. to honor with praise, admiration, or worship; extol
3. to make glorious; invest with glory
4. to praise the glory of (God), especially as an act of worship

This verb speaks of our response. It is idolatry if it is used with any other object than God. We agree with the Westminster Confession of Faith which states that “the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.”  We also agree with John Piper, when he states that “the chief end of man is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever.”

Whether it is through a recording or through a conference, this is our goal.
