The Alpha Course

Have you ever desired to explore the Christian faith in an open, friendly atmosphere where questions are welcome? Do you have questions about God or who Jesus Christ is but don't have any place to ask them?

If you have questions then bring them with you to the Alpha Course.

The Alpha course is a ten week opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed environment with other individuals who are also exploring Christianity. Each week a different topic is presented in an informal and friendly atmosphere where you may ask questions or just sit and listen. Some topics include: "Who is Jesus?", "Why Did Jesus Die?", "How Can I be Sure of My Faith?", and other questions.

Each Alpha course meeting begins at 6:45 p.m. with a meal. Many individuals attend the course right after work. Bring your appetite, don't worry about dinner and enjoy our hospitality (child care is also provided). After dinner there is a presentation on a topic about the Christian faith. After the presentation individuals are given an opportunity to discuss informally in small groups what they thought about the presentation. Some people ask questions, some people don't, the choice is yours. No one will call on you to answer questions, but if you have questions about the topic here is the time and place to ask them.
