Family/Background
Danny has a rich history at Metro Life Church. He founded the church in 1985, beginning as a prayer meeting of several families in his home. Having served as a pastor for eleven years in three different churches, he gathered with his family and friends to seek for New Testament reality--wholehearted commitment to the local church, genuine friendships, and a biblical lifestyle. After serving as Senior Pastor for 26 years, Danny transitioned into his current role as a Family Life Pastor in December 2011. Married for over 30 years, Danny and Melodye have four children and six grandchildren.
Responsibilities
Danny serves as a Family Life Pastor where he provides pastoral care and counsel for various home groups and folks in the church.
Currently Danny Jones is on medical leave until June 1, 2012 and is not checking emails.
