Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Metro Life Church

Join us as we celebrate four decades with the theme "Faithfulness: God's Character, Our Fruitfulness."

This year, we have incorporated red into our theme as a nod to the 'ruby anniversary' that marks 40 years of commitment and dedication. Just as a ruby symbolizes passion, energy, and love, we aim to infuse these qualities into our celebrations and ministry as we continue to serve the Lord with faithfulness.

Let us join together in gratitude for the past, excitement for the future, and a renewed commitment to walk in faithfulness as we honor God's character and answer His calling for Metro Life Church. God bless you all as we embark on this special anniversary year together.

COMING THIS SUMMER: RETRO-AT-METRO

As part of our 40th Anniversary Celebration in 2025, we’re singing through the soundtrack of our church’s history.

Retro at Metro is a special worship experience where our team will lead us in songs that have shaped the heart of Metro Life Church. From the 1980s all the way through today.

Each era has carried its own sound, expression of praise, and set of memories. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or are new to our church family, these will be weeks to remember how God has moved, generation after generation, through voices lifted high and hearts stirred by His presence.

Come ready to sing along, smile big, and celebrate the faithfulness of God through the songs we’ve loved over the decades. We worship an unchanging God through the changing times.

HOW WE'VE CELEBRATED SO FAR

God's Character:

• Psalm 33:4: "For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does."
• Lamentations 3:22-23: "Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Our Fruitfulness:

• Galatians 5:22-23: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."

We give thanks for His unwavering presence and guidance in building a strong and loving community of believers and for the many lives transformed through our ministry.

Let's grow in faithfulness to God, bearing fruit that glorifies Him and blesses others.
