Jesus says, “I am the Bread of Life”; he alone sustains us spiritually. We must continually come to Jesus and partake of him as our Bread of Life.
Join us as we reflect on our Savior's sacrifice. We'll remember through song, The Word, and Communion together.

Men's Breakfast - Kingdom and Family

Men of Metro, Come join us for our monthly breakfast gathering on Saturday, April 8th from 8-10 am in the Chapel. Our own John Stemburger, President of the Florida Family Policy Council, will be discussing Kingdom issues that affect you and your family. John brings a strategic perspective as he and his team interact with State leaders. Come and reignite your passion for things that matter most. As the Resurrection and Life, Jesus is the divine one who has the power to give and restore life. Whenever we experience loss, hurt, and pain, we can be comforted by Jesus as our Resurrection and Life.
Our children's ministry "Truth Quest" will learn about Jesus' Crucifixion and Resurrection, and our service will include special music.

Truth Quest Team Training

This is for all current, new, and prospective Truth Quest volunteers. We will have a large group portion and envision before breaking out into teams by age groups for additional planning and training.
Night of Prayer

Metro Family, we're hosting an evening of prayer in the chapel // God himself invites us to pray, "If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray...then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14) Jesus starts his prayer with "Our Father." It has been said, "No amount of work in the kingdom can make up for a lack of time with the King." Let's come and join together to pull on the hem of Our Father's robe like little children, reaching out for blessing, forgiveness, wisdom, and power for holiness. We will pray through several themes in scripture and also spend time simply sitting at the feet of the King, staring at his beauty and majesty. Prayer is not about the battle; prayer IS the battle. Lunch At The Park

Category: Metro Young Adults Coordinator: Shane KohoutYoung Adults and Young Families join us every 4th Sunday for lunch in the park. All you need to do is pack a lunch and bring yourself! We will leave following the Sunday services and head to Secret Lake Park or Red Bug Park depending on the month. If you like, bring a game or activity to play with others.
Kids are welcome to come and there are playgrounds at both parks. We will alternate locations each month.

Walk for Life with Metro Life

Walk for Life on May 6, registration is 8-9 am with the walk being from 9-10 am at Blue Jacket Park, Orlando. We will be representing Metro Life Church as a whole but having fun in a church competition to see which volunteer group, leadership group, or community group is most represented and raises the most donations! Lunch & Learn

Join us in Classroom 101 for a lunch & learn. In the beginning lessons of HIS Sermon on the Mount, JESUS clearly tells us to process and deal with our anger toward other people lest we be liable to judgment. It is natural for humans to wrestle with GOD and other humans, and I think HE gave us these instructions in HIS Sermon on the Mount as a practical way to guard against engaging in chronic wrestling matches with each other.
As we share a meal together, Thomas Henderson will be offering five clinically-supported tools that can be useful in managing and resolving the conflicts people face in their relationships. These tools will be presented in the context of marriage and family life but are also applicable in other relationships like the workplace or with friends.
2023 Fun Filled FAMILY VBS Twists and Turns presented by Metro Life Church

Join us for this year VBS themed Twists and Turns. It's sure to be a week of amazing encounters with Jesus for the ENTIRE family. Each evening will include dinner, a worship rally, a bible lesson, a craft station, and games for the campers! Registration is for students entering pre-K through entering 7th grade. Childcare is available for younger siblings and there is an exciting new PARENT portion each night as well (including dinner!). You don't want to miss this, it's going to be a week to remember. Space is limited, don't delay registration is open until we hit capacity or April 30, whichever occurs first.
