5th SUNDAY WOMEN’S MINISTRY MEETING
Sunday, March 29, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. // NORMAL is just a setting on the dryer… // Do you struggle in and with the everyday, normal, mundane details of life? Do you long for, even for one day of normal after a period of suffering, trial or adversity? Do you look at the normal in the life of those around you and wish you could trade places with them…even for one day? As women after God’s own heart, we are called to live a life far above and beyond what the world calls normal, and often how we define normal. As we look boldly into God’s word at our 5th Sunday Women’s Ministry meeting, Sunday, March 29, 5:30pm-8pm, we trust the Holy Spirit will work in our hearts and lives to transform us more and more into the image of our Savior. Ages 14 and up…
Thursday, April 9 // Change forever the way you look at the Lord’s Supper! Join us for a Passover Seder meal and experience the Hebrew roots of communion with all your senses. Jesus said, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer” and then gave new significance to the cup and the bread as a remembrance of Himself. The Passover was meant to remind God’s people and teach the children the history of God’s salvation of His people, so this event will be child-friendly for elementary age children and up. This enhanced Seder celebration will be held on, Thursday, April 9th (the Thursday before Easter), so save the date and be sure to register early as seating will be strictly limited. Watch for registration to open in March. There will be a per person or per family cost for the meal.
