AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE
Would you like the ability to converse with deaf and hard of hearing people when they come into your workplace, or you see them at school, or they come to your church?  There are thousands of people in the United States who use American Sign Language as their primary means of communication.

We are working on offering a 6-week class in basic, conversational, American Sign Language, starting the second week in October, and we’d like to know who's interested in taking the class.  Anyone from high school on up would be welcome to come whether or not you’re a member of our church.  You would also learn a little about Deaf history and Deaf culture, but the class would mostly be focused on ASL (American Sign Language.)

At this point we’re not asking any kind of commitment; we just want to find out how many people are interested.  From there we can determine the day of the week, and the time that works for most people. If you are interested, please contact Bonnie at bobbi.pirozzoli@gmail.com
