Join us on May 4 in the chapel directly after the service for a Lunch & Learn: The Blessing of Parenting. This is for parents of all age children newborns through high school and will include lunch as well as childcare. "Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him." Psalm 127:3. We will have a panel discussion about the book "The Blessing" by John Trent, Gary Smalley, and Kari Stageberg. "The Blessing powerfully communicates biblically based elements as necessary to prepare children for positive future relationships, including their relationship with a loving God." Registration is $20 per family and includes lunch plus a copy of the book to read in preparation for the panel discussion and to use as a long-term resource.
