The book of Galatians focuses on who a Christian is in Christ. Paul shows salvation by believing in Jesus Christ rather than obeying the law. Christians are accepted into God's family and are no longer slaves to sin. Our identity is founded on our faith in Jesus Christ. Because of this, the Holy Spirit instructs us to live for God's glory. A life characterized by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control.
