Daniel: Kingdom Convictions

The book of Daniel's goal is to reveal who God is—his nature, his goals, and his way of working in the world for the good of his people. The essential lesson of Daniel then, is not "Dare to be a Daniel! The key idea is "dare to believe in Daniel's God!" Daniel is about God and his triumph over the earth. He is the sovereign Lord of history, the one who both establishes kingdoms and brings them down.
