As we continue to build a community of people who want to love God, grow together, and share Jesus Christ, we are seeing the gospel change people's lives. Each of you is vital in this mission.

In gratitude, let us reflect on 2022 and anticipate what God will do in and through us in 2023.

Our year started with a providential, matching gift from anonymous donors. All I can say is that you went above and beyond, as you usually do. We had a goal of raising $100,000 with our faithful fund, and thanks to your generosity, we raised a total of $133,000. Those funds are making the improvements they were designated for in our facility, and there are some beautiful updates for us all to enjoy coming to our lobby in mid-February.

Our church continues to grow in the reach of our local mission. Hundreds served together at Neighbor-to-Neighbor events this year at homes and local schools - meeting immediate needs for the good of our neighbors here in Casselberry. We're excited about the increased opportunities to work with two different pregnancy centers and families in crisis in the coming year. 

This is where your generosity practically meets the needs of the day. We continue to pray for an increase in lives saved, dignity affirmed, and the hope, not of a better life, but of eternal life shared.

Many visit our ‘community groups’ and ‘grow groups’ before they gather with us on a Sunday morning. We’re encouraged by how many people continue to come and the increased variety of groups.

As a leadership team, we believe God has called us to two specific focus areas in 2023.

1 - Caring: We believe God is calling us to better care for each member of Metro Life Church through our leaders. We are asking God to prepare us for the good works that He wants us to do.

2 - Friendship and biblical fellowship: We have been called to be disciples and to make disciples. As that becomes our experience within the church, we are then able to invite in those who are lonely and need community.

Church, we have much to look forward to in 2023!
