we're going to 'live the commission.'
As a people on mission,
Metro Life Church is locally focused,
regionally deployed, and globally engaged.
If you're interested in participating in our 40-in-40 missions initiative, you'll want to be at this meeting. We'll discuss initial plans, upcoming exploratory trips, and what training will be happening in the months ahead.

2nd Annual MLC Golf Scramble at Mayfair Country Club
March 9, 2024
7:00am – 1:30pm
Location: 3536 Country Club Rd, Sanford, FL 32773
Join us at the links of the Mayfair Country Club in Sanford! Teams of 4 will compete in a Best Ball Scramble Tournament with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Registration cost is $85/person, which includes the greens and cart fees, a bucket of balls for the driving range before play, and lunch following the tournament. During lunch there will be fellowship and various prizes awarded to the winning teams and players. For more information contact Jason Myers at jmyers@metrolife.org.

EASTER EGG HUNT – Volunteers Needed
Saturday, March 23, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. // We have an opportunity to shine even brighter alongside 6 other local churches in the heart of our city (Lake Concord Park). Casselberry has asked if we would organize an Easter Egg Hunt for the city. We plan on having bounce houses, egg hunts, candy for the kids, and other family-centered fun. We also plan on having meaningful gospel moments with the children and invitations to our holy week services. We need volunteers who are willing to help setup. All volunteers will be required to participate in a volunteer meeting at 9:00 a.m. the day of the event. If you want to sign up and learn more about the event, visit the website.

Profoundly personal and relational.
How can something so monumental be so close?
On the cross, Jesus reveals more of who he is. He also helps us understand that through His obedience, He has poured out mercy and grace on each one of us.
Scripture records seven sayings from the cross. Jesus spoke to us then, and He is still speaking through them today.
Join us for a night of reflection through song, understanding through Jesus’ words to us, and remembrance through communion.
Children are welcome to attend, however, childcare is not provided. Join us in person or online via Livestream.

Jesus is indeed the risen Lord. You can reject Him, but you cannot ignore Him. What Jesus did in rising from the dead demands a response.
How will you respond to the risen Lord and King of the universe? It is a question that cannot be avoided.
Our children's ministry "Truth Quest" will learn about Jesus' Crucifixion and Resurrection, and our service will include communion, and special music.

Belong: First-Steps Toward Membership

Acts 2 paints a picture for us as believers of what it looks like to be a committed part of a local church. A collective of people who follow Jesus, we’re devoted to gathering together in community, serving one another’s needs and growing in our faith through sound teaching. Take your first steps toward membership on Sunday, April 14th over lunch following our morning service. In our fragmenting world, Metro Life Church is a place to find common ground and a sense of belonging. Lunch and childcare are provided.

Walk For Life

Saturday, April 20, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. // Join us for Walk for Life at Blue Jacket Park, Orlando. Registration is 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with the walk being from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We will be representing Metro Life Church as a whole but having a fun “in church” competition to see which volunteer group, leadership group or community group is most represented and raises the most donations!
