I hope you all are having a blessed week! The accent from Sunday's message from Acts 13:1-3 is that we would all expect God to work in us and through us for the advance of his kingdom. What a glorious privelege!

Yesterday's message was aimed at establishing a clear way forward for diaconate ministry at Metro Life Church. Why in the course of a year would we devote three messages to this topic?

On Sunday we looked at two amazing miracles and the subsequent advance of the gospel in Acts 9:32-43. It is exciting to see the early church being used as instruments of the healing and saving power of Jesus.

This past Sunday we studied Acts 9:1-31 together. In the message we looked at how Saul, later named Paul, never moved on from his conversion story. Here is how he reflected on his conversion in 1 Timothy 1:13-16:

I read Acts 4:32-5:11 again this morning. I was stirred again by the life the early church was enjoying, all because of Jesus!
